Marx Promotion Intelligence is committed to maintaining your privacy. We currently do not ask for personal information through our website. Any information you do supply to us via contact with our Client Services Team is used only for Marx Promotion Intelligence business purposes and is not shared with outside parties.

In order to gain access to our online Portal, you will be required to contact our Client Services Team (952.926.5272). In most instances, you will be asked to supply your contact information, including email address, phone number and mailing address. We use this information solely for contacting you regarding your data or product subscriptions or to follow-up with you on information requests. Our information is not shared or sold to advertisers, other clients or any other third-party interest.

When you do login in to our Portal, our technology does capture certain attributes. This include your Internet browser information, login times, account that logged in, pages visited, length of visitation, and other basic activity statistics. This information is logged solely for the purpose of determining the value of our content and to improve our current services and offerings. We do not share this information with anyone outside of Marx Promotion Intelligence or the TNS Media Intelligence family. Authorized third-party providers (e.g. e-commerce vendors) may require statistics to aid in planning or developing hardware/software solutions. In the event this occurs, our website statistics are aggregated so that individual user detail is removed.

You do not need to register to view/browse our public website (no login required) content. Any visitor that chooses to browse our public website will remain anonymous. We do capture basic visitation statistics. These include number of distinct users, pages visited and other basic activity statistics. Again, these are used by our IT and Marketing departments to evaluate existing content and to develop new content that may create a more positive user experience.

If you are a registered Portal user, you may, on occasion, receive e-mail updates regarding data updates, new product features/offerings and general information relevant to our clients’ activities. We understand that many users are inundated with e-mails on a regular basis, so we try to minimize the frequency and size of e-mail communications. We know security is a serious matter for our visitors and our clients. Any time you login in to our Portal, your information is encrypted and any data you access is stored on our secured servers. We are constantly updating our technology to incorporate security updates and other preemptive measures that will further protect our system. Only authorized Marx Promotion Intelligence employees have access to your user information. In addition, each user of our secured site is protected through a unique username and password.
